TF: Hello Swag Panda, how tall are you and how much do you weigh?
SRP: 160 cm and 68 kg (5 ft, 3 inches and 149lbs)
TF: What are the major muscles used in twerking?
SRP: My leg and booty muscles and of course my strong back helps me to make my moves active
TF: How often do you workout your glutes and legs?
SRP: I have 2 squats and 1 deadlift training a week
TF: Which exercises mainly focus on glutes, quads, and hamstrings?
SRP: I don’t do bodybuilding training – just squat, deadlift, and benchpress
TF: Do you workout without weights? If yes, which calisthenic exercises are included in your routine?
SRP: No – just heavy training. Benchpress – minimum from 75 kg, squat – minimum 125 kg, deadlift – minimum from 135 kg
TF: How often do you compete in powerlifting?
SRP: 2-4 times in a year
TF: How many times do you eat per day?
SRP: 3-5 times
TF: Do you plan on making a fitness channel?

SRP: Squats, lunges and gluteal bridge
